  1. How can I sign up for the App?

    To sign up download the App from the play store. Once you do it enter a valid email id and phone number for verification. Once it is done you can easily book a cab from our application.

  2. How can I book a cab?

    To book cabs simply sign up on the App with a valid email id and phone number. Once you do that there will be an option to book the cab. Enter the pickup location, drop location and your price. Once the driver accepts your price just click on book and enjoy the ride.

  3. How can I bid the price?

    Once you enter your pick up and drop location you will see the list of drivers near your location. You can easily bid your price and send it to the drivers you want send. You can send the bid price to more than one driver too.

  4. How can I cancel the trip?

    Once the trip is confirmed by the driver you will be navigated to the trip page and there will be an option to cancel the ride.

  5. Can I send my book request to more than one driver?

    Yes, of course once you enter your pickup and drop location you will see a list of drivers available for you. You can send your price to everyone one in that list.

  6. How can I chat with the driver?

    After you signup enter pickup location, drop location and your price. Once you do this you will see the list of drivers available near your location. Click on the chat button of the driver you like based on your price and location. You can chat with the driver and negotiate the price, once price is negotiated go to vihik app and select bid button and mention the negotiated price and submit the trip to that driver. Once it is accepted by the driver then enjoy your ride.

  7. How can I call the driver?

    After you signup enter pickup location, drop location and your price. Once you do this you will see the list of drivers available near your location. Click on the call button of the driver you like based on your price and location. You can call with the driver and negotiate the price, once price is negotiated go to vihik app and select bid button and mention the negotiated price and submit the trip to that driver. Once it is accepted by the driver then enjoy your ride.

  8. How should I pay the driver?

    There are two options to pay the rider which include payment by cash and by online portals too.

  9. How can I contact the customer care?

    Once you login there will be an option in your profile to contact the customer care and the number will be provided there for your convenience.

  10. How safe is my number if I chat or call with the drivers?

    We at vihik take full care about the safety of the customers. If you book through our no numbers will be shared with the drivers but if it is not through our gateway our company will not be responsible.
